The gospel of the heart
Intro
The bad news is that you must be born again and not all people get born again.
John 3
1 Christ teacheth Nicodemus the necessitie of regeneration.
3 Iesus answered, and said vnto him, Uerily, verily I say vnto thee, except a man be borne againe, he cannot see the kingdome of God.
If you haven't been born again you wont enter the kingdom of God, you wont enter heaven.
Salvation is really about the heart. You receive a new heart when you are saved.
(I Samuel 10:9 [KJV])
And it was so, that when he had turned his back to go from Samuel, God gave him another heart: and all those signs came to pass that day.
Most Christians are unregenerate. That is they have not received a new heart. They are not on the way to heaven. Also there exists false wheat, that is devils come in the flesh.
It all start where your heart is, not which doctrine you have learned.
Only a tender heart towards God will cause you to hear God. And only if you hear God will God do a work in you.
Church system is about ruining peoples hearts, Satan using the church system. They try to discourage the hearts of the true believers.
Our point of reference should be Lord Jesus Christ.
(Matthew 16:16-19 [KJV])
[16] And Simon Peter answered and said, Thou art the Christ, the Son of the living God.
[17] And Jesus answered and said unto him, Blessed art thou, Simon Bar–jona: for flesh and blood hath not revealed it unto thee, but my Father which is in heaven.
[18] And I say also unto thee, That thou art Peter, and upon this rock I will build my church; and the gates of hell shall not prevail against it.
[19] And I will give unto thee the keys of the kingdom of heaven: and whatsoever thou shalt bind on earth shall be bound in heaven: and whatsoever thou shalt loose on earth shall be loosed in heaven.
The rock is not Peter as you can see above. The rock is that Jesus Christ is the Son of the living God.
How do we know if someone is saved ?
Try the spirit whether they are of God or not.
We can tell if someone is one of Gods people. The lost can also tell if someone is one of Gods people. You might be talking with them about sports or computers and they can still tell if you are one of Gods people.
(I John 4:1-6 [KJV])
1 He warneth them not to beleeue all teachers, who boast of the spirit, but to try them by the rules of the Catholike faith:
1 Beloued, beleeue not euery spirit, but trie the spirits, whether they are of God: because many false prophets are gone out into the world.
2 Hereby know ye the spirit of God: euery spirit that confesseth that Iesus Christ is come in the flesh, is of God.
3 And euery Spirit that confesseth not that Iesus Christ is come in the flesh, is not of God: and this is that spirit of Antichrist, whereof you haue heard, that it should come, and euen now already is it in the world.
4 Ye are of God, little children, and haue ouercome them: because greater is he that is in you, then he that is in the world.
5 They are of the world: therefore speake they of the world, and the world heareth them.
6 We are of God: hee that knoweth God, heareth vs: he that is not of God heareth not vs, hereby know wee the spirit of trueth, and the spirit of errour.
Does this persons spirit confess Jesus Christ is come in their flesh. Does this spirit clearly testify to you that Jesus Christ is come in them (1 John 4:2, Rom 8:9).
(Romans 8:9 [KJV]) But ye are not in the flesh, but in the Spirit, if so be that the Spirit of God dwell in you. Now if any man have not the Spirit of Christ, he is none of his.
If God has not called them and Jesus Christ was not after them at all then they wont be regenerated and Jesus Christ will not have come in their flesh and they will not be on their way to heaven.
If someones heart is not clearly testifying that they are after the spirit of God then they are unregenerate.
(James 4:8 [KJV]) Draw nigh to God, and he will draw nigh to you. Cleanse your hands, ye sinners; and purify your hearts, ye double minded.
