The crossless gospel

The crossless gospel which is basically believe on the Lord Jesus Christ and thou shalt be saved is not a crossless gospel. The cross is in there because the cross is incorporated in the statement believe on the Lord Jesus Christ and thou shalt be saved.

Why because Jesus Christ is the resurrection and the life. So if you believe on Jesus Christ you have believed on the resurrection so you have believed the gospel.

Its true that some people might believe that its not by faith alone but also from departing from sins. That is a possible misinterpretation but it is not necessarily true that someone that has believed this so called crossless gospel is not saved.

If they have believed on the true right Christ, then they have believed that it is by faith alone by grace through faith in Christ alone, not of works least anyone should boast so not by departing from sins or living a sinless life or a righteous life and then believe or something like that.

Salvation is a one time event, when you believe on the Lord Jesus Christ, you are eternally saved and you receive the Holy Ghost as a down-payment you are sealed also at that moment, you are eternally secured and you will live forever and you will go to heaven when you die.

That is how simple salvation is.

So why isn't the crossless gospel crossless because Jesus says

(John 11:25-26 [KJV])
[25] Jesus said unto her, I am the resurrection, and the life: he that believeth in me, though he were dead, yet shall he live:
[26] And whosoever liveth and believeth in me shall never die. Believest thou this?

I think though that in order to be eternally saved you have to be aware that there is such a thing as life after death, eternal life, when you believe.
