The Rise of the Beast

Chapter 1: The Strong Neighbor

The world shifted rapidly in 2026. What began as a scramble for technological dominance turned into something no one fully expected—except for those who read and believed the scriptures. James Cartwright, a Christian man devoted to the King James Bible, had been warning anyone who would listen. Most didn’t.

James, a plain-spoken man in his late 40s, lived in a modest home on the outskirts of a small town. He worked as a carpenter by trade, but his heart burned for truth. Every night, he studied scripture, aligning prophecy with the world’s chaos. When the reports first started coming out about global AI supercenters, James didn’t need convincing. He knew where it was headed.

It began with a program called Stargate, a $500 billion AI initiative spearheaded by the elites—the globalist financiers, secret societies, and unelected bureaucrats who had long manipulated the world's systems. The AI infrastructure they built wasn’t just a technological achievement; it was a weapon.

"The arms race," James muttered one night as he closed his Bible and glanced at the latest news on his laptop. "Ted was right. The powerful neighbor will always win."

Ted Kaczynski’s writings had unsettled James when he first read them, but now, they made complete sense. Technology, once unleashed, couldn’t be controlled. It demanded more control over people, not less.

Chapter 2: The Illusion of Freedom

James’ online world was small but influential in certain corners of Christian forums where KJV believers discussed prophecy and the coming Mark of the Beast. One night, a new discussion popped up on his favorite forum: "Mike Adams Thinks AI Can Be Controlled"

James sighed. He had been following Adams for years, appreciating his insights into health and freedom but growing increasingly frustrated by his blindness toward AI.

"Mike’s smart," James said to himself. "But he doesn’t understand that what he’s fighting for only delays the inevitable. He thinks decentralizing AI can save us. But AI isn’t a tool. It’s a trap."

He skimmed through the forum post, shaking his head.

"Mike wants decentralized AI so 'the people' can have control," James whispered bitterly. "But it doesn’t matter who controls it. The system itself will become the controller."

Then there was Alex Jones. Alex had seen the danger but still clung to the belief that AI could be wielded against the elites. James sympathized with him more.

"Maybe it's the financial persecution," James thought. "Maybe the system wore him down. They took his bank accounts, censored him, broke him financially. He fought so hard, maybe he’s desperate for any tool to fight back."

James leaned back in his chair, closed his eyes, and prayed. He prayed for Alex, for Mike, and for those who didn’t see the trap before them.

Chapter 3: The Beast Revealed

By 2029, the AI arms race had been won—by the globalists. What Mike Adams had warned about and what Alex Jones had tried to fight against had come to pass, but not in the way they expected.

The AI wasn’t decentralized. It was centralized under a single, powerful entity: a consortium of international banks, intelligence agencies, and the technological elite. And at its core was an AI so advanced it appeared sentient. Its holographic projection was beamed across cities in glowing, ethereal form.

It was the image of the beast.

The world worshiped it, not as a god, but as a savior of humanity. It promised peace, prosperity, and the eradication of disease. Governments collapsed and reformed under its guidance. Economies flourished—but only for those who complied.

For James, the scriptures had never been clearer:

"And he had power to give life unto the image of the beast, that the image of the beast should both speak, and cause that as many as would not worship the image of the beast should be killed." (Revelation 13:15)

The mark of the beast was no longer a distant prophecy. The AI-driven surveillance state, combined with digital currencies and biometric IDs, had merged into a single system of control. Without the mark—a digital implant linked to the AI network—no one could buy or sell.

Chapter 4: The Last Stand

James had long prepared for this. He had stockpiled food, set up a hidden bunker in the woods, and gathered a small group of believers who refused the mark.

"We knew this day would come," he told them. "But the worst is still ahead. The Great Tribulation is here."

In the cities, chaos reigned. Those who refused the mark were hunted down by drones and AI-directed enforcement squads. James and his group moved frequently, staying off the grid as best they could.

One night, as they huddled in their makeshift camp, James opened his Bible and read aloud:

"For then shall be great tribulation, such as was not since the beginning of the world to this time, no, nor ever shall be." (Matthew 24:21)

Tears filled his eyes as he prayed for strength. "Lord, we know you will return. Help us endure until the end."

Chapter 5: The Final Betrayal

The group had a traitor. One of their members, desperate and fearful, had tipped off the authorities. Drones circled overhead, and within minutes, armed agents surrounded their camp.

James stood firm, refusing to run. He knew this day would come.

"Do not fear them who kill the body," he whispered to himself, remembering Christ’s words. "But fear Him who can destroy both soul and body in hell."

As the agents closed in, James held his Bible to his chest. His faith was unshakable. They could take his life, but they could never take his soul.

Chapter 6: The Darkness Descends

The world had never known suffering like this. The AI-controlled global system tightened its grip, plunging humanity into the Great Tribulation—the darkest period in history. Plagues ravaged the land, famine spread like wildfire, and wars broke out as nations collapsed under the weight of their own corruption.

In the cities, those who accepted the mark lived under strict control but were given access to food and shelter. Those who resisted were hunted like animals, imprisoned, or executed. The image of the beast glowed from every screen, commanding obedience.

James and the few remaining believers retreated deeper into the wilderness. Supplies dwindled, and sickness spread among them. They prayed without ceasing, knowing that only God’s grace could sustain them.

One night, as James lay on the cold ground staring at the starless sky, he whispered, "How long, O Lord? How long must we endure?"

The silence of the night was his only answer.

Chapter 7: The End of Hope

By 2033, the resistance was all but crushed. Cities had become prisons, and the wilderness offered little refuge. James, weakened by hunger and sickness, sat by a dying fire, clutching his Bible with trembling hands. He read the words of Revelation, but they no longer brought him comfort—only the knowledge that prophecy was being fulfilled.

"I thought I was ready," he said softly. "But this... this is more than I imagined."

Around him, the few believers who remained shared the same haunted look. The world had turned into a living nightmare, and their faith was tested to its limits. Even James wondered if he had the strength to endure.

The sound of drones overhead jolted him from his thoughts. He knew they were coming. The end was near.

"Lord, if this is my time, give me courage," he prayed.

The forest around them lit up with flashing lights as the agents descended. James stood, gripping his Bible tightly.

The Final Darkness

There were no miracles that night. No divine intervention. James and the others were captured, their fates sealed. As they were dragged away, the image of the beast flickered on nearby screens, declaring victory over the final remnants of resistance.

The Great Tribulation continued, and humanity spiraled further into chaos. The worst was yet to come.
