Kotlár reported that he had notified U.S. officials including Robert F. Kennedy Jr., Kash Patel (Director of the FBI), and Pamela Bondi (U.S. Attorney General). According to his account, Kennedy acknowledged receipt of the letter.

This bombshell from Slovakia may well be the equivalent of putting on those glasses. If Kotlár's report is confirmed internationally, it could mean that the line between human and genetically engineered organism has already been crossed—without informed consent, and without public awareness.

Shedding, Surveillance, and Speculation

Public reaction has included concerns not only for the vaccinated but for the unvaccinated as well. Some speculate that "shedding" of spike protein or other mechanisms may have spread genetically active material to those who never received a shot.
