Surveillance
Intro
Here I put things regarding surveillance.
I have felt that there is an increased use of survellilance other than wifi and gps and mobile positioning.
Basically there is Bluetooth low frequency (BLE) tracking.
Wearables can be used to track people[1].
But there also is RFID tracking.
Shouldn't also Near field communication be possible to use to track people.
I noticed that yubico used to have a non NFC security key and now it is not available anymore. Forcing people to buy keys that have NFC, which I believe is traceable. It seems possible to use NFC to track with[2]. They claim it is 4 cm range[3]. But maybe it can be expanded or enhanced through some form of electromagnetic broadcaster similarly to how thieves, using a device, can open cars without the car fob[4]. Either way you still become trackable if you are within 4 cm from a censor.
Elon Musk doesn't trust OpenAI on the phone[5].
