Purpose and Departure from Social Media
The goal of setting up the Icecast server at tias.cam is to move away from mainstream social media platforms like YouTube, which are increasingly controlled by AI and algorithms. These platforms operate like a digital coliseum—entertaining the masses while subtly conditioning them and controlling speech and exposure. Participation in such systems compromises autonomy, subjecting users to opaque policies and hidden forms of regulation.
Decentralized Broadcasting
This project is not about gaining fame or large audiences. It is about reclaiming personal freedom in digital communication. By setting up an Icecast server, an independent, continuous audio stream is now hosted and publicly accessible. Listeners can tune in and, if they choose, leave comments—either openly or anonymously. The server is also linked from the website prophetmattias.com, where email contact is available.
Past Experience and Present Intent
Having previously hosted a podcast in 2006, this new setup returns to that spirit, but outside the confines of centralized media. YouTube and other similar sites, while offering broad reach, subject users to invisible manipulation through their AI and algorithmic controls. The aim now is to broadcast independently, without becoming part of a digital collective regulated by secretive forces.
Observations on China and Propaganda
Recently, attention has turned toward developments in China, where some sources claim the actual population may be far lower than the official figure of 1.4 billion—perhaps closer to 800 million or even fewer post-pandemic. These estimates are based on indirect measures such as national salt consumption. Allegations also exist that China's domestic vaccine programs may have resulted in massive unreported deaths.
Given the deep censorship in China, verifying these claims is nearly impossible. Moreover, since YouTube is a U.S.-based platform, there’s a strong possibility that some of the anti-China content is part of psychological or propaganda warfare, especially in light of ongoing trade conflicts. Thus, while these reports may contain some truth, they must be approached with discernment.
Conclusion
The independent broadcasting effort now live at tias.cam represents an alternative path—one away from algorithmic control, digital manipulation, and gladiatorial content wars. Okay, so I'm doing a new I'm doing I'm doing a new little little podcast here or little audio here for TS.com and I've noticed I do have some visitor visitors there it's not many but there are some visitors so there seems to be some people listening and seem probably from Asia mostly could be something else as well there's some tour browser also so I don't know where that person is from but point being here that it seems to be working and my aim with with this this little site this is the ice cost server that I've set up a TS.com T I A S dot C A M the aim with this is to to move away from YouTube and from the social media sites which I believe are controlled really by AI they partly they are controlled by AI and it's also a kind of there can only be one there there's a kind of you could call it a social Darwinistic you know they're playing out people against each other so it's like a Colosseum with gladiators and and the people are sitting at the Colosseum and it's keeping them entertained you know and keeping the attention of the people on this instead of looking at the world or looking at helping others or whatever they are into this entertainment of Colosseum and it's not something I want to participate in so I realized I wanted to have my own platform and that's why I set up this ice cost server that that can stream and an audio continuously and this is not about fame I don't interest in fame it's a it's about having a it's really about having a broadcasting platform online and that you generally have from the social media sites like YouTube you know people they upload there and talk about their experience or whatever it is on YouTube and well it sounds right but I've come to the conclusion that that it's it's not working as it's not working as people think it is so these social media platforms are not working as people think they're working the it's an AI setup platform and that applies to to other social media platforms as well and it's it's not transparent really how they they're not telling you transparently how they run this it's run through algorithms and AI and stuff and it's you become part of a of a collective and people can it's like a forum it's like going out on a forum but there is a secret regulating digital technology there and I mean going out on this forum might be okay if you know that someone is going to win and it's going to be good for someone and stuff but or maybe not but that was not the point of why how I how I wanted to have it or set it up on the internet I just want to have my own broadcasting platform and people can you know when you're on YouTube or these places you are actually influenced by the fact that to some degree I think at least I am by the fact that yeah they can do all sorts of stuff to you and put you on Google and stuff and it's really you become part of a system you're on their platform also so you know you're subject to their terms of service and things like that you know and so I used to have a podcast back going back to 2006 I used to have a podcast and now I decided to have to have it on my own platform and to have an ice-coast server and this has been set up yeah it's a it's a host to the ice-coast server I set it up now so it's possible to comment to leave a comment here and to listen that's basically what you can do and it's linked to from prophet Matthias.com but that's basically it and people are welcome to leave a comment but I've not received any comments you know I did this because I wanted people to be able to leave public comments anonymously as well so and then people can listen also and it's not a big thing really but I want to have my own little broadcasting site where people also can you know now people can contact me via email but they can all my email address is at prophetmathias.com there you can see but they can also leave a public comment so anonymously if they want that so I set this up and I want to say also I've been watching a bit of videos about China and uncovering China I think and there are some channels showing videos of what's happening in China and they claiming that China is basically ghost towns and people are dying and some are claiming there are total of 400 million in China only other are claiming that there's 800 million in China so it's not 1.4 billion people and I could I could consider for example 800 million could be correct but it could be less now because and they've been that was quite interesting they've been they've been measuring this by checking the the salt consumption total salt consumption in the country because that in that way they can measure the amount of people living there and it's quite accurate and so maybe there are eight or there was 800 million before the pandemic even in China and now there's even less maybe there's a lot of it's a lot of so there's also talk about that the China vaccine might have caused a lot of death hundreds of millions of deaths and China is censored so it would be difficult to find out really what's true about China but it's obviously also possible that these videos are done as a form of propaganda against China YouTube being situated in California there is some war going on between China and USA in a sense with these tariffs so it's possible that this is also propaganda psychological warfare war really that is not true I don't know really but so that's it for now
