Out of Babylon

Prologue

The world stood on the brink of something unthinkable. Storms of chaos swirled across nations, whispers of ancient entities filled the air, and unseen hands guided humanity toward a final reckoning. Yet, amidst the turmoil, one man clung to his faith: James Thatcher, a humble carpenter with an unshakable belief in the promises of the Bible.

Chapter 1: A Quiet Beginning

James lived in a small town on the outskirts of Nashville, Tennessee. Known for his kindness and devotion to the Word of God, he spent his days working in his shop and his nights studying Scripture. One evening, while reading Revelation, a deep sense of urgency gripped his heart. He couldn't explain it, but he felt called to prepare.

In a dream that night, James saw a great city engulfed in flames, its towers crumbling as people cried out in despair. Among the chaos, he saw a figure draped in scarlet and gold, holding a cup brimming with blood. A voice thundered, "Come out of her, my people, that ye be not partakers of her sins." He awoke trembling, knowing the dream was a warning.

Chapter 2: Whispers of the Supernatural

News reports began circulating about unexplainable phenomena. Strange lights appeared in the skies over major cities. In Washington D.C., a mysterious figure claiming to be a "messenger of light" emerged, preaching unity under a "new enlightenment." Millions flocked to hear him, drawn by his charisma and miraculous signs. James recognized the deception immediately.

At the same time, rumors spread about ancient pagan symbols being uncovered in America’s national monuments. Archaeologists dismissed them as coincidences, but James knew better. The spiritual war was intensifying.

Chapter 3: A Nation Falling

As America’s cultural decay accelerated, James watched in horror as laws were passed that outlawed public expressions of Christianity. Churches were repurposed into "temples of unity," where all faiths were blended into one. Holy Dominion Order announced its support, claiming that the "Beast of division" had been defeated.

James’s small community became a refuge for believers unwilling to compromise. They met in secret to pray and study Scripture, aware that their time of peace was fleeting. One evening, while reading Revelation 13, James’s friend Paul exclaimed, "The leader of the Holy Dominion Order—he fits the description of the False Prophet. And the miracles in D.C.? The Beast is rising."

Chapter 4: The Return of the Fallen

The supernatural phenomena escalated. A global event, dubbed "The Awakening," occurred when beings of immense power appeared, claiming to be ancient "guardians" returning to guide humanity into a golden age. They performed wonders, healing the sick and bringing rain to drought-stricken lands.

James, however, saw through their guise. He recognized them as the fallen angels described in Genesis 6 and Jude. Their message—that humanity could achieve godhood by embracing their "truth"—echoed the serpent’s lie in Eden.

"They’re here to deceive," James warned his group. "This is the strong delusion."

Chapter 5: Mystery Babylon Revealed

The city in James’s dream was identified by many as New York, the financial and cultural hub of the world. Its influence reached every corner of the globe, and its moral corruption had become legendary. When a series of catastrophic events struck—earthquakes, fires, and economic collapse—it was clear judgment had begun.

The International Order of Nations held emergency summits, where the Global Prosperity Alliance proposed sweeping changes to create a unified global economy. The leader of the Holy Dominion Order declared, "This is the purification of the old world. Join us in building a new one." The fallen beings backed his message, demanding allegiance to a new global system marked by unity and prosperity—but only for those who accepted a digital mark.

Chapter 6: The Beast's Mark

Technology giants from Silicon Valley announced revolutionary biometric systems that would "ensure safety and fairness." Global Space Research Authority revealed that the fallen beings provided advanced knowledge to usher humanity into a new era. The Global Health Alliance endorsed the mark, tying it to global health security. Without it, access to medicine, food, and even clean water became impossible.

James and his group refused the mark, understanding its significance as the seal of the Beast. Without it, they could no longer buy food or access basic services. Persecution intensified. Friends were arrested or disappeared, and James’s own home was raided. He fled into the wilderness with a small remnant of believers.

"We must endure," he encouraged them. "The tribulation is near, but so is our redemption."

Chapter 7: The Great Tribulation

The fallen angels, now openly ruling alongside the Beast, unleashed chaos. Cities burned, wars erupted, and natural disasters swept the earth. Mainstream media networks became tools of propaganda, declaring the Beast to be humanity’s savior. Celebrities praised the new order, urging their followers to embrace the mark.

The leader of the Holy Dominion Order declared the Beast to be the true savior of humanity, and millions worshipped his image. Political leaders worldwide aligned under the International Order of Nations’ directive, cementing the Beast’s global rule.

In the wilderness, James continued to lead his group in prayer and worship. They clung to God’s promises, even as the world around them crumbled. One night, James had another vision: the heavens opened, and he saw Christ returning in glory, followed by the armies of Heaven. He awoke with renewed hope.

Epilogue

James stood with his small band of believers, watching the night sky as it burned red with the light of distant battles. They knew the Great Tribulation had begun, the worst time in human history. Yet, they also knew that their Savior would soon return to make all things new.

"Hold fast," James whispered. "The Lamb will triumph over the Beast."

And so they waited, faithful to the end.
