2 Corinthians CHAP. X.
Against the false Apostles, who disgraced the weaknesse of his person and bodily presence, he setteth out the spirituall might and authoritie, with which hee is armed against all aduersary powers, 7 assuring them that at his comming hee will bee found as mightie in word, as hee is now in writing beeing absent, 12 And withall taxing them for reaching out themselues beyond their compasse, and vanting thēselues into other mens labors.

1 Now I Paul my selfe beseech you, by the meekenes and gentlenesse of Christ, who in presence am base among you, but being absent, am bold toward you:
2 But I beseech you, that I may not bee bold when I am present, with that confidence wherewith I thinke to be bold against some, which thinke of vs as if wee walked according to the flesh.
3 For though we walke in the flesh, we doe not warre after the flesh:
4 (For the weapons of our warfare are not carnal, but mighty through God to the pulling downe of strong holds.)
5 Casting down imaginations, and euery high thing that exalteth it selfe against the knowledge of God, and bringing into captiuitie euery thought to the obedience of Christ:
6 And hauing in a readinesse to reuenge all disobedience, when your obedience is fulfilled.

False apostles think that you walk according to the flesh when you dont [2]. The defence is that though we walk after the flesh we dont war after the flesh. There is a difference.

So you see these false apostles judge you by your walk, a bit similarly to false brethren.

False apostles are also talked about in 2cor11.

(II Corinthians 11:13 [KJV]) For such are false apostles, deceitful workers, transforming themselves into the apostles of Christ.

False apostles, how do you recognize them?

They use the method of Satan in Genesis 3.

But I feare lest by any meanes, as the Serpent beguiled Eue through his subtilty, so your mindes should bee corrupted from the simplicitie that is in Christ.

They are deceitful workers 2cor11:13 and they transform themselves into the apostles of Christ. So they claim to be apostles. Do you see the Charismatics here?

They beguile people like satan beguiled Eve.

1. They preach another Jesus 2cor11:4 so that could be the Antichrist people
2. They give another spirit 2cor11:4, that could be the Antichrist spirit
3. They preach another gospel Another gospel. That could be modern versions gospel

You might well bear with them 2cor11:4 that is tolerance. Church gospel is a tolerance gospel rather than the kjv exclusion gospel.

Rude in speech in 2cor11:6, indicate that we are supposed to be rude in speech.

How to deal with false apostles

Try to avoid them like other evil fruit.

Or follow Pauls example and be rude in speech.
