The Great Reckoning

Prologue

The polarization between the global elite and the people had simmered for years, but 2031 marked a breaking point. The World Economic Forum (WEF), under the guise of safeguarding the planet and fighting misinformation, had imposed draconian controls on free speech. Social media platforms were purged of dissenting voices, and those who questioned the narrative—be it about the mRNA vaccines, climate change, or the carbon footprint—were labeled enemies of progress.

What pushed the people over the edge wasn’t just the censorship but the unveiling of horrifying truths. Leaked documents exposed that the so-called "life-saving vaccine" was, in fact, a bioweapon. Side effects were not anomalies but intentional, designed to weaken and depopulate. Simultaneously, the relentless push for electric cars and the dismantling of fossil fuel infrastructure were revealed as calculated efforts to strip individuals of independence, making them reliant on the elite-controlled grid.

The revelation spread like wildfire, despite the elite’s best efforts to suppress it. Ordinary people—truckers, farmers, laborers, and even some former insiders—banded together. They realized the elite were not just misguided leaders but existential threats. This awakening sparked an unprecedented resistance movement, one that frightened the elite to their core.

The Collapse of Trust

By 2033, society had fractured. Governments, under the influence of the WEF, declared martial law to quell unrest, but it only galvanized the resistance. Protestors began targeting symbols of globalist power: corporate headquarters, media outlets, and even the fortified mansions of figures like Bill Gates.

One such operation was led by Marcus Reid, a KJV-believing Christian and former soldier. Marcus had long suspected the world was on the path prophesied in Revelation, but the scale of corruption still shocked him. He had joined the resistance after losing his wife and son to the "vaccine," which caused sudden, unexplained deaths now dubbed the "Silent Plague."

"We wrestle not against flesh and blood," Marcus often reminded his comrades, quoting Ephesians 6:12. Yet he knew their battle required physical action. Alongside a group of guerrilla fighters, Marcus devised a daring plan to seal the elite inside one of their infamous bunkers—a heavily fortified compound in the Swiss Alps.

They succeeded. Using carefully placed C4 charges, they collapsed the main entrance and secondary escape routes, trapping several high-profile globalists inside. The message was clear: there was nowhere to run, nowhere to hide. For the first time, the elites felt the fear they had long instilled in others.

The Elite’s Last Gambit

Realizing that the tide was turning against them, the elite held an emergency summit in an undisclosed location in the Southern Hemisphere. The conclusion was chilling: humanity itself—specifically the intelligent, industrialized populations of the Northern Hemisphere—had become their greatest threat.

Their solution was as bold as it was horrific: a global nuclear holocaust. The elite launched a coordinated attack, targeting every major city in North America, Europe, Russia, and China. The sky burned with nuclear fire, and billions perished in an instant. Entire civilizations were reduced to ash.

From their bunkers in Patagonia, Antarctica, and remote parts of New Zealand, the elite waited for the fallout to settle. They had no fear of the primitive tribes in the Southern Hemisphere, whom they deemed manageable.

The New Order

Emerging from their bunkers in 2038, the elite implemented their vision of a controlled utopia. Cities were rebuilt as fortified enclaves where only those who accepted a digital ID—a microchip implanted in their hand—could access food, shelter, and resources. This system ensured total compliance, as every transaction and movement was monitored.

Outside these cities, however, a different world persisted. Bands of survivors, refusing the "mark of the beast," lived in the wilderness or underground. These guerrilla communities were resourceful but constantly hunted by drones and patrols. Captured resisters were given a choice: take the mark or face execution.

Marcus Reid had become a leader among the resisters. His faith kept him grounded, even as the world grew darker. He carried his tattered KJV Bible wherever he went, teaching others the truth of God’s Word and warning them about the times they lived in.

"And he causeth all, both small and great, rich and poor, free and bond, to receive a mark in their right hand, or in their foreheads," Marcus would read from Revelation 13:16. "And that no man might buy or sell, save he that had the mark."

For Marcus, these words were no longer prophecy but reality. Yet he took solace in the promises of Scripture, knowing the Beast’s reign was temporary and that Christ would return to establish His kingdom.

The Great Tribulation

By 2043, the world had descended into what believers called the Great Tribulation. Natural disasters, plagues, and wars ravaged the remnants of humanity. The elite’s system began to crumble under its own weight as infighting and sabotage weakened their control. Meanwhile, the resisters, though few in number, continued to endure.

One fateful day, Marcus led his group in prayer as killer drones circled above their hideout. "Lord, we know the time is short," he said, his voice steady despite the danger. "Give us strength to endure, and let us be found faithful when You return."

As the drones closed in, Marcus and his group prepared for what seemed to be their final stand. Yet their faith remained unshaken, for they knew the end of this age was merely the beginning of eternity.
