KJV discussion 20250916

Overview

This talk argues that global platforms like YouTube create the illusion of uniform speech rights, but in practice users are governed by their local laws. The discussion then describes a Swedish “program” of social control operating primarily through the healthcare/welfare apparatus, outlines three tiers of psychiatry (outpatient/benefits; emergency/compulsory wards; and largely hidden “psychiatric prisons” linked to secular courts), and uses the Alex Jones case as an example of how courts and actors within systems can be weaponized or act corruptly. Practical takeaways include why escalating to authorities can both help and harm, and why resolving conflicts privately is often safer where possible.[1][2]

Summary

  • Jurisdiction on YouTube: Speech may look “U.S.-style,” but local law rules when authorities get involved. Sweden’s speech protections are more limited than the U.S., creating a structurally “rigged” environment for non-U.S. users.[3]
  • “The program”: In Sweden, long-running, health-system-anchored management plans can involve case managers and social workers; businesses and municipalities may run parallel “ways to deal with people.”
  • Three psychiatric tiers: (1) diagnosis + benefits/outpatient meds; (2) emergency/compulsory wards that present as benevolent but coerce compliance; (3) psychiatric prisons tied to secular courts—kept out of public view, where strict legal procedure applies.
  • Courts & corruption: The Alex Jones civil judgment is cited to show how courts can devastate a person financially and how officials can overreach until checked by higher authority.
  • Practical counsel: If possible, settle disputes privately; escalation can backfire—yet sometimes escalating to the right level is the only remedy.

Transcript outline

(0:02–2:45) The speaker explains that while YouTube is run from the U.S., local law applies to users; thus Australians and Swedes don’t actually have U.S. speech rights when matters involve law enforcement. Sweden’s protections are “much less” than the U.S., making the setup “rigged.”[4]

(2:47–4:24) Introduction of “the program”: Sweden’s welfare/health system can run long-term, multi-actor responses to individuals. These can be perceived as “gang stalking,” and corruption enters where “nobody cares” or truth is obscured.

(4:25–10:30) Alex Jones case used to illustrate how courts can impose ruinous civil penalties and how even officers/agents can act criminally until a higher authority intervenes. Moral: bad outcomes happen both when you do and when you don’t involve authorities; choose escalation strategically.

(10:31–20:11) Three tiers of psychiatry:

  • Tier 1: diagnosis + benefits; outpatient meds; administrative control via welfare.
  • Tier 2: emergency/compulsory psychiatry, publicly visible and “white-coated,” framed as care but used to coerce compliance.
  • Tier 3: psychiatric prisons tied to secular courts; largely hidden from media; strict legal process can sometimes free people—but public opinion often turns against the targeted person. The “program” can also be run by businesses/municipalities (“our own meat grinder”), with in-house legal expertise to manage or remove people.

Okay, so I'm going to make a little video again and talk about the program, what it is and so on. And basically, you could say that different nations have different legal structures on how to deal with people, but the bottom line in these legal structures is everyone is equal under the law. But then there also can be a lot of corruption and there could be a lot of lack of due process in judgment and also they can choose, and this has to do with Sweden has a different kind of system than USA.

And one of the big things about this is YouTube, which is really run from USA, from California. And people who live in the USA using YouTube, they have more speech rights than people who live in other countries. And this is a bit different depending on where you live.

So Australia has not as much speech right as USA, but they still have a lot of speech rights, while Sweden has much less speech rights than Australia. So even and much less than USA. So basically it's a rigged system when it comes to how it's set up YouTube.

Basically people think they're on YouTube, so they think they have the same speech rights as other people on YouTube. But that's not true, because when you speak on YouTube it's the local law that is relevant. So if you're sitting in Russia speaking on YouTube, it's the Russian law that is relevant.

And what this means is that generally you will be able to speak on YouTube just like anyone in the USA. But if law enforcement is ever contacted, then it's a local law that applies. So that's when it breaks down.

So that's when the people living in the USA win. So if you have a conflict on YouTube and people start calling out each other and so on, and they think that they can do that because he did that. And that that's not necessarily true at all.

Because there are different free speech laws depending on where you live. And Sweden has much less free speech, for example, than the USA. So it's a rigged system.

(2:47 - 4:24)
So then we have the program. What is the program? Well, you see, for example, the healthcare system of Sweden has different kinds of things. It's the welfare system of Sweden.

You have autism and this stuff. And they actually run through the healthcare system. And it can be seen as a program because they can have all sorts of social methods of dealing with people, which can be perceived as gang stalking, because they generally more than one when they do things against people.

So this is a real thing. And this can go on for decades against people. And generally, they try to get people.

But the whole thing is quite bad, actually. And the point is that in this, you have in many all over the world, you have the situation somebody sometimes nobody cares. And that's when corruption can creep in and things can happen to people.

And they might not even know why it's being done. So bad things can happen to people simply because the system isn't perfect. And if nobody cares about someone, and the truth doesn't come out, and so on.

So there can be corruption in the system. Now you have the case with Alex Jones. And Alex Jones was given a fine of 1.5 billion US dollars, I think 1.4 trillion or was it trillion US dollar, I don't know billion.

(4:25 - 20:11)
But either way, 1.4 billion, I think it was US dollars, which is a lot of money that we'll never be able to pay off in his lifetime. Simply for some speech he made some some things he said, I think. And this is a civil lawsuit, which means that not even a president can cancel it.

And so here we have an example of how corrupt courts can work, can do things to people. And there were situations with Alex Jones when they tried to they tried to take his studio and he had to call the cops and I think and contact the judge. And then the people who tried to take his studio were fired because they had done something criminal.

So people who represent the law and authority can do criminal things against you. And if you don't escalate to a higher position at the right point, you might just have it done to you and then you were just stupid enough and now it's too late and you can't change it then or whatever or they just so a lot of bad things can happen to people simply because they say yes or simply because they don't contact the law enforcement. Now bad things can happen to people because they contact the law enforcement as well because sometimes they think often in often there is some well it's just that it's better if you can sort things out yourself without contacting the law enforcement.

That's the best thing if you can sort things out yourself without contact law enforcement that will benefit you in the long run because the law enforcement generally don't want anything to do with people. So but basically there is a program people are on a program in Sweden and it's run through the health care system. There can be a case manager and there can be social workers involved and there can also be a situation locally in per business.

So there can be a business that has some demands on an individual but they don't have the law on their side and so they set up some kind of system to deal with this individual and so the person can be in a situation where there are people working who are employed working actually to monitor them or to and or to to collect information on what they do and so on and possibly contact law enforcement or whatever in the end depending on how it develops and so on. So people can be on a on a there can be organizations involved and there can be different organizations and they they are not necessarily related to each other either you know like businesses that is an organization but then you have the health care system in Sweden and someone who hasn't worked in the hasn't been in contact working through the open market free market in the and hasn't worked in the free market and neither has has you know being caught with unemployment office and so on but have always lived without working in the free market that kind of person can can be pretty go into panic mode and confusion about what they're what they're seeing but it's basically a system of social control you could say a system of social control that involves authorities and the people and they they isn't they don't generally try to go through secular court though they can do that too against people if they if if it's they think it's necessary if they think they should do it so for petty things they don't go to secular court really you know but they can go to secular court and at that point people can end up in another system so there are multiple systems here and you have so you have you have basically like three three tiers of psychiatry you could say you have the one tier is where people go to psychiatry and they get a pill and generally they get financial support as well so they get to live on on taxpayer money really and then you have the second tier of psychiatry which is uh a forced psychiatric care or and also emergency psychiatry these people these locked places but people have white coats on them and they they have name tags so they're not afraid to say who they are and so on and this tier of psychiatry is where most people end up in and some of them get forced medicated and soft killed or whatever you want to call it by big pharma or or they just realize this is bad or whatever but point is that this level of psychiatry it's what is visible to the world it's it looks good but really it isn't and it's it's part of the program because the program has is set up in such a way to be able to force individual to comply and one way to force individual to comply is the fear of this uh this psych ward kind of uh structure where they lock people up and and and inject them with uh terrible stuff that hurts their bodies because so they die faster and then there is a third tier of psychiatry and that's psychiatric prisons and this this place is where generally it has to do with secular courts coming and so the secular courts can go in and some some people never end up in uh or they they're not so much with this emergency psychiatry because and some people end up in the uh the third tier of psychiatry in different ways it can be through interrogations with the cops because they've done something that the cops want to be interrogated and they think that that it's related to so basically if you are so there are a lot of people who live on health care money supposedly that they have something of the brain some handicap of the brain and this could be autism or some psychiatric diagnosis or whatever well autism actually i think or psychiatric diagnosis but it's not necessarily expected to be treated with but either way these are just diagnoses set up by the system itself and so people who who are on these diagnoses if something happened with them with the cops uh they generally will um the cops will generally look upon it as it's probably caused by some something mental here because uh this person has this kind of diagnosis these papers are written on this person so we're gonna take this person to psychiatry or something and but the the cops can still the the third tier of psychiatry which is psychiatric prisons is is uh different from the two other tiers of psychiatry which is emergency like because the the third tier of psychiatry is uh is quite different and and some people actually get out of the of this mess through this third tier because the point is that there they have to follow secular law you see they have to follow secular court and all this stuff and so people some people just get away they realize this this is all bad this is all bad the third tier of psychiatry psychiatric prisons is something that they don't display in the media because it will totally destroy the second tier of psychiatry because the second tier of psychiatry there still this exist about oh you have a diagnosis oh you're mentally ill oh you need help and you know you have these nice nurses walking in white coats and it they try to whitewash it and but if so so it's actually it's actually something that makes people think that psychiatry is good you know which it is psychiatry is an evil organization that murders people period but generally the public the general population will not know this because they watch the media they watch the news and they've not personally been subject to to this stuff and they they don't have inside knowledge into all of this but the third tier of psychiatry which is psychiatric prisons it's kept secret it's something that is not displayed in the media it's something that people don't know about and if they knew about it they would realize that this is all death it's nothing else but death and you shouldn't play around with this you shouldn't have anything to do with these people and that this is the program the program and what is the program well they don't go by secular court generally they go by but the program is is not you know or it is the three tiers of psychiatry is part of the program but the program is much more and generally i would say the program is a health care plan made by someone on a person and this health care plan can go on for years for decades on a person and and we will treat him according to autism or something and it's been written and it's in his uh elva kutishu it's in his mina ward contact is that somewhere deep inside there it it is in there and it's been written and that can be ended but it's not they're not planning to end it now so uh because they prefer to have it that way so there is such a thing as a program and is it international well yeah to some extent because if you general yeah there is uh but it's generally just run by hate you see it's people that hate and try to fix the system a lot and they want to destroy these people who live on taxpayer money and who if there's something wrong with their brains you know why not just end it you know it's that kind of attitude so the program is international that you have people you have bad people everywhere in this world and the people just want to harm to harm others and they want to get things for themselves they want money they want they want to have things and they want to harm others and so if they if they think they find out the way or to do that they will start to think about that and so on so so there are a lot of bad evil people around and and they will try to destroy and sometimes they like to gang up in groups because you know they're cowards and so on and they see what they can do you know to destroy people and so and the program is it generally works in the shadows in darkness because people who are in the light they will the the program will shine away from that to the extent they can but they might try to get through that too because but basically so exposing the program can be a way out of trouble sure it can be a way but it's not necessarily a way out of trouble because as i said there is a third tier with with secular courts and so on and once you if you end up in the third tier then generally the public will not be on your side and this is how it works you know when in the world that that the public can end up against you because because you've done something wrong you know so um so there is a program and in sweden it's run through the healthcare system yeah but also through businesses that set up their own program and also provincial governments like city city governments can set up their own program and specifically against a person someone calls someone called it the meat grinder we have our own meat grinder here she said so so they have a way to deal with people and you know the that's that's how bad this world is this world is bad you know so and organizations do have ways to deal with people and they have legal experts and so on generally so if if they get in trouble they they can send it over to a legal expert sure they don't want to get in trouble and so on they they don't want to be accountable more than necessary or whatever because you know but they do have the program does exist any organization has this kind of stuff you know they have a they have a organizations have have these kind of people who who sort out things uh get rid of people and so on and uh they can also be um it can also be um um what's it called like the ants the ants in nature they they they clean up things you know so uh there is uh there is a but but what i would say there is there is something in sweden run through the system and since sweden doesn't have freedom of speech like the usa have it's a different world and yeah well i think i've talked about this stuff
