Bridge to Nowhere

The recent power blackouts that plunged parts of Spain and Portugal into darkness for nearly a week were not an accident, according to analysis by Alex Jones on his 6 May 2025 show. Rather, they represent yet another strategic crisis designed by globalist technocrats in the European Union to further consolidate control over national infrastructures. This latest crisis appears to be paving the way for the imposition of a fully centralized EU electrical grid, stripped of national sovereignty and placed directly under the authority of the European Commission.

According to Jones, this is part of a well-known pattern:

"They get rid of all the coal plants. Energy prices triple. It's like Germany and Spain. You have up to 50% unemployment with young people, 30% for other people. They bring in all these illegal aliens, run around raping and murdering off the chain. And then when the blackouts and outages happen all over Europe... they say, 'Oh, we need the EU to nationalize you and bring in $600 billion of your tax money.'"

This crisis-to-control playbook has become increasingly transparent. EU elites are manufacturing dependency on intermittent renewable energy systems (wind and solar), knowing these cannot sustain national grids without consistent backup. As these engineered shortfalls provoke societal panic and economic instability, the same elites offer centralized technocratic solutions as the only viable path forward.

Jones underscores this strategy as not merely inefficient or corrupt, but premeditated feudalism:

"The EU wants unified electrical grid for their super state under the control of the EU commission... So this is so key when I get to this... it's the formula of the control... This globalist model is economic tyranny, economic enslavement."

Importantly, the blackout was not caused by weather events or external attacks but appears to have emerged from infrastructural instability and energy mismanagement. Jones connects this instability directly to the same Agenda 2030 policies that aim to dismantle traditional industrial economies and replace them with climate-controlled rationing systems.

While mainstream headlines may portray the EU's response as a rescue initiative, Jones insists it is part of a long-planned takeover:

"Total scam... We have to get the general public to understand this is premeditated feudalism."

This incident should serve as a warning: when citizens lose control over their national energy systems, they also lose the backbone of their independence. As power becomes a centrally managed commodity, rationed according to compliance, surveillance, or ESG scores, it ceases to serve the people and becomes a tool for managing them.

The bridge to a pan-European super grid is not a step toward modernization. According to Alex Jones, it is a bridge to nowhere — a collapse engineered to justify deeper submission to the unelected bureaucrats of Brussels.
