UN's "Digital Integrity Code" and the Emerging Global Censorship Grid

The United Nations (UN) has announced the upcoming launch of a "Digital Integrity Code," set to be finalized by June 2025. This initiative, spearheaded by Melissa Fleming, the UN's Under-Secretary-General for Global Communications, aims to tackle "health misinformation," particularly concerning vaccines, climate change, and alleged misogyny online.

Fleming recently spoke at Boston University's Center for Emerging Diseases, where she emphasized the dangers posed by AI-driven "misinformation". She argued that algorithms prioritize outrage, giving rise to content that undermines trust in vaccines, denies climate change, and promotes misogyny. Fleming named Elon Musk's X (formerly Twitter) as a key "culprit," accusing it of allowing climate denialism and misinformation to flourish.

The UN is not new to efforts of this kind. In 2022, during a World Economic Forum meeting, Fleming revealed the UN's collaborations with TikTok to amplify their narratives by giving "verified ticks" to selected "trusted messengers," such as scientists promoting pro-vaccine content. Fleming stated:

"We own the science."

The UN's strategy now includes not only countering misinformation after it spreads but also "pre-bunking" — inserting their own narratives into public consciousness ahead of time to inoculate against alternative views.

Psychologist Sander van der Linden described "pre-bunking" as a form of "mental herd immunity" where people are primed to reject information contrary to the official narrative, comparing it to how vaccines operate.

The broader picture reveals a globalist strategy: problem (AI misinformation), reaction (fear and panic), solution (tightened censorship and control through Digital IDs). The "Digital Integrity Code" is designed to pave the way for the larger "Global Digital Compact" planned for adoption at the UN's Summit of the Future in September 2024. This compact seeks to create an international legal framework for internet governance, enforce "trusted sources," and restrict access to the internet based on Digital IDs linked to real-world identities.

A critical look at the UN's role shows that their operations go far beyond benevolent "fact-checking." Their promotion of the COVID-19 vaccines, now regarded by many as bioweapons responsible for the deaths and injuries of millions, showcases their complicity in crimes against humanity. Moving forward, their aim is to control online speech and censor dissent — much like a corrupted version of the Spacing Guild in Frank Herbert's Dune universe: monopolizing not space travel, but information flow.

The UN is not driven merely by greed, like the Harkonnen of Dune, but by a deeper, anti-human ideology aiming at total control over life, thought, and belief systems. They seek not only to enslave but to reshape humanity itself according to their own globalist vision — all under the guise of "protecting human rights."
