Salvation
Intro
For those who want to know about eternal salvation I recommend that you read Romans 4:24 in the king james bible:
(Romans 4:24 [KJV]) But for us also, to whom it shall be imputed, if we believe on him that raised up Jesus our Lord from the dead;
Romans 4:24 is how you get eternally saved. This is how you get righteousness with God. This is the only way you can get righteousness with God. Anyone who adds to this is doing witchcraft[1].
So looking at Romans 4:24, who was it that raised up Jesus our Lord from the dead?
(John 2:19-22 [KJV])
[19] Jesus answered and said unto them, Destroy this temple, and in three days I will raise it up.
[20] Then said the Jews, Forty and six years was this temple in building, and wilt thou rear it up in three days?
[21] But he spake of the temple of his body.
[22] When therefore he was risen from the dead, his disciples remembered that he had said this unto them; and they believed the scripture, and the word which Jesus had said.
(John 10:17-18 [KJV])
[17] Therefore doth my Father love me, because I lay down my life, that I might take it again.
[18] No man taketh it from me, but I lay it down of myself. I have power to lay it down, and I have power to take it again. This commandment have I received of my Father.
We see in John 2:19 and John 10:18 that Jesus has the power to raise himself up.
(Galatians 1:1 [KJV]) Paul, an apostle, (not of men, neither by man, but by Jesus Christ, and God the Father, who raised him from the dead;)
We see in Galatians 1:1 that God the Father raised up Jesus from the dead.
(Romans 8:11 [KJV]) But if the Spirit of him that raised up Jesus from the dead dwell in you, he that raised up Christ from the dead shall also quicken your mortal bodies by his Spirit that dwelleth in you.
Romans 8:11 suggests that the Holy Ghost raised up Jesus from the dead.
So through scripture its possible to defend the position that God the Father raised up Jesus from the dead, Jesus Christ raised up himself from the dead and the Holy Ghost raised up Jesus from the dead.
(I John 5:7-9 [KJV])
[7] For there are three that bear record in heaven, the Father, the Word, and the Holy Ghost: and these three are one.
[8] And there are three that bear witness in earth, the spirit, and the water, and the blood: and these three agree in one.
[9] If we receive the witness of men, the witness of God is greater: for this is the witness of God which he hath testified of his Son.
But we can see in 1 John 5:7 that these three are one.
