In Leviticus we see that someone that has a raw flesh wound on the body is unclean.

(Leviticus 13:14 [KJV]) But when raw flesh appeareth in him, he shall be unclean.

Then in Ephesians we see that no unclean person has any inheritance in the kingdom of God.

(Ephesians 5:3-5 [KJV])
 [3] But fornication, and all uncleanness, or covetousness, let it not be once named among you, as becometh saints;
[4] Neither filthiness, nor foolish talking, nor jesting, which are not convenient: but rather giving of thanks.
[5] For this ye know, that no whoremonger, nor unclean person, nor covetous man, who is an idolater, hath any inheritance in the kingdom of Christ and of God.

So does that mean that if a believer gets a raw flesh wound on his or her body that believer will not go to heaven?

The New testament is above the old. So it has precidence above the old testament in terms of interpretation.

We see in 2 Corinthian 6 and 1 Corinthian 7 that an unclean person in the new testament is an unbeliever.

(II Corinthians 6:13-18 [KJV])
[13] Now for a recompence in the same, (I speak as unto my children,) be ye also enlarged.
[14] Be ye not unequally yoked together with unbelievers: for what fellowship hath righteousness with unrighteousness? and what communion hath light with darkness?
[15] And what concord hath Christ with Belial? or what part hath he that believeth with an infidel?
[16] And what agreement hath the temple of God with idols? for ye are the temple of the living God; as God hath said, I will dwell in them, and walk in them; and I will be their God, and they shall be my people.
[17] Wherefore come out from among them, and be ye separate, saith the Lord, and touch not the unclean thing; and I will receive you,
[18] And will be a Father unto you, and ye shall be my sons and daughters, saith the Lord Almighty.
(I Corinthians 7:14 [KJV]) For the unbelieving husband is sanctified by the wife, and the unbelieving wife is sanctified by the husband: else were your children unclean; but now are they holy.

Some could say could it still not mean that someone with a raw flesh wound cant enter heaven. But in that case no covetous man would be able to enter heaven either (Eph 5:5). But is says in Jeremiah that everyone is given to covetousness.

(Jeremiah 8:10 [KJV]) Therefore will I give their wives unto others, and their fields to them that shall inherit them: for every one from the least even unto the greatest is given to covetousness, from the prophet even unto the priest every one dealeth falsely.

So that would mean that nobody enters heaven.

Fortunately the new testament is above the old and salvation is by grace through faith in Christ alone so we are not saved by works and its the unbeliever, that is the unsaved, the person that has never believed by faith alone in Jesus Christ alone in his entire life that goes to Hell.

When Jesus Christ said "Ye are not all clean" he was referring to Judas Iscariot who was an unbeliever.

(John 13:11 [KJV]) For he knew who should betray him; therefore said he, Ye are not all clean.
