According to Jesus in John 6:44 no one can come to Jesus except the Father draw him or her. 

John 6:44 KJV
No man can come to me, except the Father which hath sent me draw him: and I will raise him up at the last day.

But belief in Jesus never occurs unless a person has first been drawn to him by God the Father. 

(Romans 3:11 [KJV]) There is none that understandeth, there is none that seeketh after God.

Believe in Jesus for eternal life. 

(John 11:25-26 [KJV])
 [25] Jesus said unto her, I am the resurrection, and the life: he that believeth in me, though he were dead, yet shall he live:
 [26] And whosoever liveth and believeth in me shall never die. Believest thou this?
