Regarding social media
Intro
I have left social media. I think social media is a time waster and it consumes people energies and it also makes them somehow socialize in a virtual environment that is controlled by Bigtech, which is a snare, because technology doesnt work for the individual, it works for those in control of the system and they are into depopulation.
Blocking social media
Its possible to block social media from accessing your computer. You can do that in /etc/hosts[1][2][3]. I would recommend blocking the domains facebook, instagram, twitter, youtube and tiktok.
Social media and deception
Social media has been deceiving people during the pandemic. For example Youtube is censoring.But also facebook and tiktok is censoring and so it twitter.

Social media used for surveillance and for collecting terrorism information[4][5].
Social media makes people hypersensitive of what their peers think of them and social media changes people brains[6][7].
