Friends are more important than brethren.

A man that hath friends must shew himself friendly: and there is a friend that sticketh closer than a [[True believers |brother]]. — KJV, Proverbs 18:24

You should sharpen the countenance of your friend.

Iron sharpeneth iron; so a man sharpeneth the countenance of his friend. — KJV, Proverbs 27:17

Dont make the mistake of thinking that you can trust someone because of that he claims to be a believer in the lord Jesus Christ.

How to deal with friends?

Be friendly towards your friend and sharpen his or her countenance.
