How to live a long healthy life

I have been in Sweden, Cambodia and Vietnam.

These are three different places in terms of sanitation in the sense that Cambodia has open sewers. The flies go from the open sewers where the feces are and then they go and sit on your face.

Vietnam on the other hand does not have open sewers. The sewers are underground. But they do have a tropical climate which favors bacteria and disease.

Sweden has no open sewers and sometimes minus 20 degrees celcius in the winter. Sweden is not a country that favors bacteria and disease. Sweden has subarctic climate rather than tropical savanna.

Someone once told me, in Sweden they live longer but die of cancer.

But almost nobody died of cancer 200 years ago.

The answer to live a long and healthy life is to not take vaccines. No vaccines. That is how you avoid the cancers.
