Revelation understanding

It is my belief that the book of the Revelation of Jesus Christ is true in multiple ways. Not just one way.

Revelation 1:1 KJV
[1] The Revelation of Jesus Christ, which God gave unto him, to shew unto his servants things which must shortly come to pass; and he sent and signified it by his angel unto his servant John:

I beleive that it is true in a historicism way, in a futurism way, in a preterism way and in a spiritual way. It’s the revelation of Jesus Christ. It is the revelation of the power behind creation.

Similarly to when you look at a leaf you will see that the pattern repeats itself. It is the pattern of creation. We can see God in nature.

John 1:3 KJV
[3] All things were made by him; and without him was not any thing made that was made.

But all creatures were made by Jesus Christ and the book of revelation of Jesus Christ reveals the pattern of creation that repeats itself both over longer and shorter time periods and also in the life of an individual.

So all three interpretations of the book of revelation can be true at the same time. And also you may in your life have experienced what happens in the book of revelation.

That being said I do believe that we are living in the time period before the second coming of Jesus Christ.
