There is no bible verse that proves that there is a rapture before the millennium.
There are two resurrections described in the book of revelation. Its the first and the second resurrection.
The first resurrection seems to be martyrs resurrected. Its possible that its others resurrected also. But that doesn't prove a rapture. It could simply be people that have died and gone to heaven.
Then comes the millennium. It is a thousand years.
Then is the second resurrection. This is when the rapture happens.
