Intro
Are we going to come to a time when the evangelists come to naught. When they wont get anyone saved anymore?
As we move further into the end times there will come a time when the fullness of the gentiles be come in.
Romans 11:25
For I would not, brethren, that ye should be ignorant of this mystery, lest ye should be wise in your own conceits; that blindness in part is happened to Israel, until the fulness of the Gentiles be come in.
Oh, what will happen to the minds of the pre-tribbers when they realize there is no pre-trib rapture to rescue them from the great tribulation.
Anyway God can open doors so that no one can shut them and shut doors so that no one can open them.
(Revelation of John 3:7-8 [KJV])
[7] And to the angel of the church in Philadelphia write; These things saith he that is holy, he that is true, he that hath the key of David, he that openeth, and no man shutteth; and shutteth, and no man openeth;
[8] I know thy works: behold, I have set before thee an open door, and no man can shut it: for thou hast a little strength, and hast kept my word, and hast not denied my name.
As we move further into the end times, things will become unsealed that have previously been sealed so that people could not understand them.
(Daniel 12:4-9 [KJV])
[4] But thou, O Daniel, shut up the words, and seal the book, even to the time of the end: many shall run to and fro, and knowledge shall be increased.
[5] Then I Daniel looked, and, behold, there stood other two, the one on this side of the bank of the river, and the other on that side of the bank of the river.
[6] And one said to the man clothed in linen, which was upon the waters of the river, How long shall it be to the end of these wonders?
[7] And I heard the man clothed in linen, which was upon the waters of the river, when he held up his right hand and his left hand unto heaven, and sware by him that liveth for ever that it shall be for a time, times, and an half; and when he shall have accomplished to scatter the power of the holy people, all these things shall be finished.
[8] And I heard, but I understood not: then said I, O my Lord, what shall be the end of these things?
[9] And he said, Go thy way, Daniel: for the words are closed up and sealed till the time of the end.
Knowledge will increase (Daniel 12:4) and things be unsealed (Daniel 12:9).
This might be why people change their doctrine, change their revelations, because things have been unsealed for them and now they see.
We are going into a rough ride because the great tribulation is like no other time has ever been.
(Matthew 24:21-22 [KJV])
[21] For then shall be great tribulation, such as was not since the beginning of the world to this time, no, nor ever shall be.
[22] And except those days should be shortened, there should no flesh be saved: but for the elect’s sake those days shall be shortened.
A lot of people are going to get scared and fear will take them away or make them panic. But in these times can a prophet be important in giving strength through faith in Christ.
(Revelation of John 6:16 [KJV]) And said to the mountains and rocks, Fall on us, and hide us from the face of him that sitteth on the throne, and from the wrath of the Lamb:
(Jeremiah 30:5-7 [KJV])
[5] For thus saith the LORD; We have heard a voice of trembling, of fear, and not of peace.
[6] Ask ye now, and see whether a man doth travail with child? wherefore do I see every man with his hands on his loins, as a woman in travail, and all faces are turned into paleness?
[7] Alas! for that day is great, so that none is like it: it is even the time of Jacob’s trouble; but he shall be saved out of it.
But notice that the prophet is only edifying to the believers, not to the unbelievers.
(I Corinthians 14:22 [KJV]) Wherefore tongues are for a sign, not to them that believe, but to them that believe not: but prophesying serveth not for them that believe not, but for them which believe.
For the unbelievers it goes into one ear and out the other.
Luke 10:16
“He that heareth you heareth me; and he that despiseth you despiseth me; and he that despiseth me despiseth him that sent me.”
1 John 4:6
We are of God: he that knoweth God heareth us; he that is not of God heareth not us. Hereby know we the spirit of truth, and the spirit of error.
