Shoulds for a prophet

The office of the prophet exist today. (if you disagree on this find me one bible verse which says that it doesn't)

A prophets requirements for the office of a prophet:

1. Knows the correct gospel.
2. Can talk about the times we are in
3. Is interested in spiritual warfare
4. If a prophet speaks he should speak as the oracles of God, otherwise he should be silent.

The correct gospel

(I Corinthians 15:1-4 [KJV])
 [1] Moreover, brethren, I declare unto you the gospel which I preached unto you, which also ye have received, and wherein ye stand;
 [2] By which also ye are saved, if ye keep in memory what I preached unto you, unless ye have believed in vain.
 [3] For I delivered unto you first of all that which I also received, how that Christ died for our sins according to the scriptures;
 [4] And that he was buried, and that he rose again the third day according to the scriptures:

(Romans 3:23-26 [KJV])
 [23] For all have sinned, and come short of the glory of God;
 [24] Being justified freely by his grace through the redemption that is in Christ Jesus:
 [25] Whom God hath set forth to be a propitiation through faith in his blood, to declare his righteousness for the remission of sins that are past, through the forbearance of God;
 [26] To declare, I say, at this time his righteousness: that he might be just, and the justifier of him which believeth in Jesus.

the times we are in

(Luke 12:54-56 [KJV])
 [54] And he said also to the people, When ye see a cloud rise out of the west, straightway ye say, There cometh a shower; and so it is.
 [55] And when ye see the south wind blow, ye say, There will be heat; and it cometh to pass.
 [56] Ye hypocrites, ye can discern the face of the sky and of the earth; but how is it that ye do not discern this time?

Speak as the oracles of God

(I Peter 4:11 [KJV]) If any man speak, let him speak as the oracles of God; if any man minister, let him do it as of the ability which God giveth: that God in all things may be glorified through Jesus Christ, to whom be praise and dominion for ever and ever. Amen.

I don't claim that all I say is true or that I dont make mistake, thou I understand it to be a goal.

When is a prophet sanctified

The prophet Jeremiah was predestined to be a prophet before he was born into this world.

(Jeremiah 1:1-5 [KJV])
 [1] The words of Jeremiah the son of Hilkiah, of the priests that were in Anathoth in the land of Benjamin:
 [2] To whom the word of the LORD came in the days of Josiah the son of Amon king of Judah, in the thirteenth year of his reign.
 [3] It came also in the days of Jehoiakim the son of Josiah king of Judah, unto the end of the eleventh year of Zedekiah the son of Josiah king of Judah, unto the carrying away of Jerusalem captive in the fifth month.
 [4] Then the word of the LORD came unto me, saying,
 [5] Before I formed thee in the belly I knew thee; and before thou camest forth out of the womb I sanctified thee, and I ordained thee a prophet unto the nations.
