The above verses describe ancient babylon, the tower of babel, when they were of one language. In the end times mystery babylon will rise to power.

I believe that just as at the time of the tower of babylon, the world will be united under one language in the end times. What is this language. I believe it could be [https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Machine_code machine language]. Like the [https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Barcode barcode] and the [https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/QR_code QR code].

It will be a language that the [https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Artificial_intelligence AI] understands and AIs will be able to communicate to all people in their language. But it will all be coordinated through machine code using the AI.

The AI will have access to everything going through the wires of the internet and also, through listening in microphones, what is said in peoples homes and all medical journals and all criminal history and everything that has been written about a person by a local authority. Using bluetooth scanners and other scanners and CBDC the AI will  have access to the daily routines of individuals who use a mobile phone and when and where and what they buy stuff. The AI should also be able to close down any website that is not in line with the AIs definition of what is to be there online.

Instead of that the Lord scatters the people and confound their languages (Genesis 11:7-8), this time I believe that it will end with Jesus second coming.
