In [[Matthew 24 expanded|Matthew 24:30]] the sign of the son of man is mentioned. I believe the correct way to understand Matthew 24:30 is that it could be a seven year period or something similar. Starting with the sign of the son of man and ending with the second coming of Jesus Christ.
