This really starts i think at [41] with that we shouldn't offend anyone that is faithful to Jesus Christ, not even someone that gives us a cup of water.

Its clear in [38] that the faithful doesn't mean faithful to you but rather faithful to Jesus Christ. 

Someone can be faithful to you but not to Jesus Christ, that is a [[Pearl:Friend|friend]]. Also someone can be faithful to Jesus Christ but not to you [38-40]. 

Offences can lead you all the way to hell [42-48].
